This 5 inch x 2.5 inch First Frost design pet crate tag will be personalized with your dog's name and contact information. Made from 1/8 inch plastic and comes with 2 hooks and 2 wire ties for attaching to your crate. If you have a soft crate we suggest using Velcro.
